Hi guys! I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving. I definitely did. I’m still stuffed. Now that I’m back in town I couldn’t wait to get back to training. My hubby and I train at the gym 3-5 days a week. My favorite part of working out is the feeling I get afterwords.
