Motivation Monday: Featuring 4KOR Fitness

Hi guys! I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving. I definitely did. I’m still stuffed. Now that I’m back in town I couldn’t wait to get back to training. My hubby and I train at the gym 3-5 days a week. My favorite part of working out is the feeling I get afterwords. It’s more so for sanity, than for vanity. ūüėČ ¬†The only thing that I would say does affect our workouts would be soreness between training days. We do finally have a solution for that and I’m so excited to share it with you!!

The solution I’m speaking about are the¬†4KOR¬†mobility lacrosse balls. My friends at 4KOR sent me these to review them and I am in love. Muscle pain and relief¬†came SO quickly once using these. My hubby pretty much¬†stole¬†them from me right away. He’s a¬†huge¬†fan of these and wanted to help me model them in this post. They’re so easy to use and life changing.

What they’re actually doing is giving you a¬†myofascial release.¬†Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to¬†eliminate pain¬†and restore motion. This is achieved with these mobility balls¬†There is an easy to use guide included, with photos, that¬†will teach you the placements and how to loosen your restrictive and tight muscles.

I¬†highly¬†recommend these for people looking to relieve muscle pain and faster recovery time between workouts. Now that you know our secret, go order them now! ūüôā

See you in my next post. XO, Ashley
